This is where I share my musings on a life, a community and a world in transition. In the postings here, I'm just trying to be ME as I struggle to find my way through a confusing time and place ... Here you can listen in on my reflections, my thoughts and my occasional rant ... In this place, ALL ARE TRULY WELCOME - the only requirement is that YOU keep an open mind ...

Happy Fourth of July !!
For my American Readers ... Have a great day, enjoy your time with friends and family, and know that your Canadian cousins WISH you a HAPPY4thof JULY !!!!
Thank you Shawn. I celebrate, but not totally pleased with the leadership of my country.
I spent Canada Day in class being taught by a Canadian. Through the week he shed light on our two countries. He currently lives in the Chicago area.
Also, this morning I watched a story on Benedict Arnold. I had no idea he ended up in Canada....became rich, hated there, lost everything and returned to England to die.

They don't teach us these things down here!
I'll spend my day off writing a sermon.
Peace,
