Valentines' Day marks the beginning of Fair Trade Manitoba's One Month Challenge ... for 30 Days you make the pledge to drink ONLY Fair Trade Coffee and Tea, and consume Fair Trade Chocolate and OTHER products wherever feasible ...You agree to participate in some surveys to track the success of the Challenge, and you do you bit promoting Fair Trade Products amongst your family, friends, co-workers and others you may meet during the challenge ...
For me personally, the One Month Challenge isn't really much of a challenge - I drink only Fair Trade Coffee at home - my favourite is Cafe Awasa DARK - an Ethiopian Coffee from Level Ground Ltd. And to switch to Fair Trade Tea would not be a HUGE leap ...
I've been helping the good folks at Chipperfields gear up for the Challenge by introducing a Fair Trade Coffee Selection EVERYDAY for the 30 days ...they've broadened their selections and with the help of their staff, will be promoting Fair Trade Products throughout the month as they introduce to Minnedosa Coffees supplied by four marvelous Fair Trade Roasters from ACROSS Canada.
