The last couple of nights I've been runningour bread maker before I head off to bed ...
... in the middle of the night I've awoken to
the delightful smell of fresh bread as the
machine finishes its task.
Stumbling downstairs at 3 or 4 in the morning
to turn out a fresh, warm baked loaf is wonderful.
I recommend it highly.
Fresh baking to start the day is well worth the bother.
