How many empty stores on Main Street, and how many closed businesses,
does it take for a small prairie town to
consider itself experiencing a CRISIS???
AND
How BIG a crisis does it have to be before there
is some Economic Development action
to counter the closures and exodus???
Minnedosa is full of potential, and
today it seems that NONE of it is being
tapped or actualized, so the crisis is deepening ...
