I'm in the office this morning getting ready for a memorial,my cell just went off asking me to preside at another ...
... as a pick me up, I have The Beach Boys blasting at
FULL VOLUME
AND
every once in awhile I get out of my chair and dance around the office ...
I might look stupid and dance funny, but it feels good ...
and today I just need it !!!!
I recommend it highly!!!

Silly is highly under-rated, in my opinion. You just turn the mirrors to the wall and DANCE, man!!
