Earlier Ms H phoned to let me know she and her sister Beetle entered a watermelon eating contest at the summer "fair" where they are holiday-ing.She was very pleased to tell me that in their respective age groups, she came in third and Beetle came in second!!
The pride of achievement was complemented by a cash prize!!
And so far no sore tummies from over-indulging ...
Way to go Girls !!
