I just came in (ahead of the latest deluge) from a midnight walk about ...
To the west the sky was flashing with lightning,
the rumble of thunder echoed in the distance,
and as I came in the front door the rain began ...
... I highly recommend an evening walk
just before a prairie thunderstorm begins ...
... it is calming, inspiring, and beautiful
all at once !!
