You know it is simply too easy to offend a friend ... a wrong word at the wrong time, a silly comment taken the wrong way, a sensitive mood and a insensitive response ... sometimes it doesn't take much, but you're left feeling crummy ...I hate it when I offend a friend, even if it was unintentional ... and in those moments, saying - "I'm Sorry" doesn't seem to be enough ...
