Much needed rain arrived through the night, so the drive in was a bit grey and damp ... AND I'M NOT complaining in the least - WE NEED the rain ... OUR farmers NEED the rain ... the WHOLE region NEEDS the rain ...So, as I pulled out on to the highway, I popped in a new cd I had picked up on Friday while roaming around Winnipeg ... it was the PERFECT CHOICE for the drive in today ...
The rich, melodious voice of Van Morrison combined with the slow paced music and the grey day made the drive in an enjoyable experience ... mind you, you can never really go wrong with Van Morrison in ANY weather !!!
