Looks like 'pure 70's' wallpaper! We had similar at one time.
Oh please....don't throw away this paper.....mail it down this way! I have a room that needs sprucing up.

Best wishes on a quick sale of your house. We had similar wallpaper in our old house in Utah. Once I removed the wallpaper we painted it plum--I've never loved a color so much!
