The entree for tonight's dinner consists of a small roast of beef (not sure what kind - I found it in my freezer today while looking for meal inspiration !!), steamed brocolli, mixed veggies and a macaroni and cheese casserole prepared by Ms H. herself.It's a lovely way to end the day ... and it makes my house smell wonderful !!!
