Recipe for Lamb Curry ...

Find two packages of lamb chops buried in the bottom of freezer,
Thaw.
Place single layer of lamb chops in shallow baking dish.
Bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes.
Preheat oil in a large deep dutch oven with garlic and onion sprinkled generously on bottom.
While lamb is cooking peel and chop 3 large or 6 small potatoes, 3 large or 6 small carrots, and 3 stalks of celery.
Place layer of lamb chops in large deep iron dutch oven cook pot.
Add layer of chopped veggies.
Cover with curry sauce
Place layer of lamb chops and remainder of veggies in pot.
Cover with remainder of curry sauce.
Place lid on pot and put in oven at 300F for afternoon.
Serve spooned over steaming basmati rice.
